Did you know regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness, relieves chronic stress patterns, improves strength and can even help you sleep better? Partnership Carson City is now offering its popular Wellness Yoga classes in person every Monday at 5:30 p.m. at Partnership Carson City – 1925 N Carson St.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and have a mat ready if possible. The course is taught by independent contractor Adria White.
