During Mental Health Awareness Month, May, communities worldwide engage in conversations to reduce stigma and promote understanding around mental health.

In honor of this, Partnership Carson City will be holding a series ‘Rediscovering Your Mental Health’ with several events to improve your mental health throughout the month. Our events held in May encourage people to prioritize their mental well-being and seek support when needed. Each session is at 5:30 p.m. at Partnership Carson City, 1925 N Carson St.

The schedule is as follows:
May 1 – Hannah McDonald – Essential Oil Creations
May 8 – Kadie Zeller – Mindfulness and Meditation
May 15 – Office of Suicide Prevention – Suicide Prevention 101
May 22- Linda Lang – Mindful Life Skills Incorporating Basic Sewing Skills *bring something of your own to learn how to mend!
May 29 – Denali – Healthy Recipes for a Healthy Body
