Our goal is to provide care that goes beyond the borders of Elko, Reno, Winnemucca, Carson City, Las Vegas, or additional service locations. We specialize in creating solutions that consider any personal, psychological, or social issue you may have. If you aren’t within driving distance of one of our facilities, contact us to schedule a telemedicine appointment. A computer with a webcame or a smart phone are required to access this service. Being without walls also means that we have the ability to establish a presence in communities that do not have Vitality Unlimited facilities. A 24-hour crisis response team is available in Elko if you require assistance.
