Diabetes Empowerment Education Program – DEEP (in Spanish)

DEEP™ is a diabetes self-management program that has been shown to be successful in helping participants take control of their disease and reduce the risk of complications. PCC is hosting this 6-session class in Spanish, starting on November 1st and continuing until December 6th. All classes are from 5:30-7:30 except the first class starts at 5:15 for registration. Cost is $10.
