The Life Change Center Open House

The purpose of the open house is so community members can gain insight into the opiate epidemic and how we are doing our part to improve the outcomes of those suffering.  We will have staff on hand to  give tours of the facility and talk about the services we provide.  The Life Change Center is a community based non-profit facility that offers medication assisted treatment, comprehensive counseling and supportive services.   Please accept our invitation to join us and other stakeholders in the opportunity to change the stigma of opiate addiction.  We will be serving lunch from L.A. Bakery.
