Emeritus Professor, Endocrinology, University of Nevada School of Medicine and Graduate Faculty for Nevada Studies in Nutrition at the University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada; Medical Director of Disease Management, American Health Care, Rocklin, California; research interests in nutrition, diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia; special interest in heart disease; Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP); Master of the American College of Nutrition (MACN); board-certified in endocrinology and metabolism, internal medicine; Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology (FACE).
