Yoga Classes for Health and Wellness

Did you know that maintaining a regular yoga practice can provide physical and mental health benefits? Physical benefits include increased muscle strength, improved respiration and improved energy levels. Regular yoga practice also creates mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, relaxes the mind and sharpens concentration.

Our free one-hour wellness yoga series takes place at 5:30 p.m. every Monday at Partnership Carson City, 1925 N Carson St.
