Women who have experienced trauma in their lives are encouraged to join a free personal development workshop series open to the public starting Wednesday, Jan. 8. The evidence-based 12-week series offers attendees practical resources for living well.
Be part of any or all of these workshops focused on increasing your individual strengths and coping skills. A selection of topics will include healthy relationships, red and green flags, coping with triggers, substance abuse and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
